Adjustable load lifters on straps, sternum strap and removable hip belt(5cm seatbelt webbing)
Hardware is YKK(zippers) and aluminium buckle.
One zippered outside pocket for small items and big zippered side access to main compartment on the back panel, for accessing while carrying skis or other gear. In inside there is a velcro webbing for attaching stuff you don't want to be moving around.
